Type 1 Granite provides a stable and durable sub-base for high traffic road surfaces and paths.

This crushed granite sub-base is specifically formulated to deliver a flat and compact surface with excellent load-bearing capacity. Varying particle sizes ensure they interlock to distribute weight evenly and prevent settlement.

Use Type 1 granite as a finished surface below a top coat of concrete, asphalt, block paving or shingle for your patio, garden path or driveway.
